After much effort and work, another successful olive-growing year passed. This year’s harvest was marked by a very healthy fruit and a large amount of fruit on the olive trees, which produced an exceptionally high quality extra virgin olive oil with all the best features. After the start of the harvest 10.10.2018. year and half of the work done yet bad news coming and this is the orchid wind “jugo” and rain that make great damage to the trees of our Istrian Bjelice variety, can not be against nature. Regardless, the quality of the oil is excellent on all indicators that make us satisfied and therefore the rating in 2018 is excellent (5). In the gallery you can see how we did it.
